The following Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu forms are taught at the Shaolin Jìn Martial Arts studio in Tutzing
Shao Chuan
Small Fist
Shao Chuan is the first form or kata at Shaolin Monk Martial Arts Tutzing. Shao Chuan concentrates on the basic stances of Shaolin Kung Fu and helps to build full body coordination.

Arhat Chuan
Buddha Fist
Arhat Chuan is the second form and the beginning of the Budha fist system, which contains three forms. Arhat Chuan continues on the path of concentrating on the basic stances of Shaolin Kung Fu, continuing hand and leg coordination while offering multiple and varied self defence techniques for the novice student.

Tan toi Chuan
Springy Legs
Tan Toi Chuan will show the results of the learned basic stances and the full body coordination,that the student practiced in the previous novice forms. Without SOLID stances Tan Toi Chuan is not possible. Thus the emphasis in the previous forms of basic SOLID stances. Which is the basis of Shaolin Kung Fu.

Er Lew Chuan
Intermediate Buddha Fist
Er Lew Chuan is the second form in the Budha Fist system. Because of the advanced self defence techniques, Er Lew Chuan will reveal the ATTITUDE of the student who is no longer a novice, and has advanced to the next stage in his Kung Fu journey.

Hong Chuan
Iron Fist or Red Fist
Hong Chuan is the smallest of two forms of the Hong Chuan system. Hong Chuan is dedicated to conditioning certain body parts so the student can withstand the rigorousness of what is considered an advanced form in a high level system.

Gong Qi Fu Fukan Chuan
Moving Qi, Taming Tiger Fist
A very high level Kung Fu form, actually combining an empty hands form, plus the edition for the advanced level students, of the first weapons form. Naturally this will test the students commitment and calmness under pressure. Also added to this level is a test of the students commitment to their Iron Shirt Hard Qigong.

Kan Ja Chuan
Kan Family Fist
A complicated Kung Fu form combining a variety of kicks, with explosive and dynamic hand fighting combinations. At this stage of the students journey they will be tested on many different levels, again including the students next section of Iron Shirt Hard Qigong.

Shou Lohan Chuan
Little Buddha Fist
3rd and final level of the Buhda Fist System,started by the student at earlier stages of their Martial Arts journey in Shaolin Kung Fu.

Zhou Yun Chuan
Directing Sun Fist
The first step in the direction, of the student starting their journey on a path towards, the first Animal Forms of Shaolin Kung Fu.

Tang Lung Chuan
Praying Mantis Fist
The Shaolin Kung Fu student is now at the highest level of Kung Fu learning, commencing a journey into the beginning of the first of the animal forms of Shaolin Kung Fu. It is not the way the student goes about the forms but how and with what intent the forms are executed.

Da Hong Chuan
Big Iron or Red Fist
The second and last Kung-Fu form in the Hong chuan system, started by the student on the 5th level at Shaolin Monk Martial Arts Tutzing. At the end of this form, naturally the next and second last level of Hard Shirt Qigong will be tested.

Jin Gang Chuan
Diamond Fist
The Signature form of our linage at Shaolin Monk Martial Arts Tutzing, taught to Master Sifu Brett Russell and his teacher before him. The Jin Gang form is Named after Hi Ku, the first Abbot at Shaolin Tempel named by Bhodidarma himself, before he Returned to India.

Qi Xing Chuan
7 Stars Fist
An advanced level Monkey Fist Form. Qi Xing Chuan teaches The student hand and foot technics that are applied in combination together testing the advanced level student’s coordination.

Long Chuan
Dragon Fist
The first Of the Dragon fist forms. Long Chuan contains many dynamic kicking combinations, testing the student’s stamina as the technics involve constant jumping kicks, emulating the Dragons Tail.
